Return Policy

We at Evolve Scents aim to bring the best and highest quality candles to your home. For as long as your candle has wax in it, we back it up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your Evolve product, please reach out to us at brad@evolvescents.com

We stand by our product 100%, but sometimes you might not like a scent. We will gladly send you a different one, and we will charge a $10 handling fee for each candle to pay for shipping and handling. 

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email, etc).

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.

Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to Evolve Scents in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.

Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, including products purchased during a promotion, gift cards, or third party products.
